Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our educational product, Maker Lab.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Conduct market research and engage with educators, school administrators, and students to understand their needs and challenges.
Lead product sales and engage with the Digital Fabrication Solutions team to coordinate lab installations.
Collaborate with the R&D, content development, design, and tech teams to create and refine product features, materials, and digital content.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform product enhancements and new opportunities.
Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and support resources for educators and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, ideally in education technology or a related industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on learning outcomes.
Nice to Have: Strong understanding of STEM education, makerspaces, hands-on learning methodologies, and e-learning platforms.
