Responsibilities:
Collaboratively create and tactically execute the integrated marketing communications strategy for our brands.
Utilize both traditional and digital channels (social media, website, videos, etc.) to enhance audience engagement and achieve a positive ROI.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to increase visibility and support for our initiatives.
Own and manage the marketing team, ensuring their effective contribution to the overall performance.
Work closely with different stakeholders to execute, monitor, and control the marketing plan and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Define and track marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets to measure the success of campaigns and activities.
Develop and manage a portion of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and adherence to financial goals.
Manage our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
Oversee the production of visual and multimedia content, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
Develop and revise proposals and presentations, and generate ideas for company communications.
Work collaboratively with sales and sponsorship teams to ensure revenue goals and a seamless workflow between the departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
7 to 9 years of Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to social impact.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Analytical skills for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
