Hiring | Marketing and Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively create and tactically execute the integrated marketing communications strategy for our brands.

  • Utilize both traditional and digital channels (social media, website, videos, etc.) to enhance audience engagement and achieve a positive ROI.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to increase visibility and support for our initiatives.

  • Own and manage the marketing team, ensuring their effective contribution to the overall performance.

  • Work closely with different stakeholders to execute, monitor, and control the marketing plan and strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Define and track marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets to measure the success of campaigns and activities.

  • Develop and manage a portion of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and adherence to financial goals.

  • Manage our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Oversee the production of visual and multimedia content, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.

  • Develop and revise proposals and presentations, and generate ideas for company communications.

  • Work collaboratively with sales and sponsorship teams to ensure revenue goals and a seamless workflow between the departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 7 to 9 years of Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to social impact.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

  • Analytical skills for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
