San3a Tech is looking for a technical account manager to be responsible for communicating with its technical support and R&D clients. He/she works closely with the technical team and business development teams to maintain a good relationship, increase sales to existing clients, and assure the quality of the output comes as expected.
By providing a professional experience before and after the service is provided, the technical account manager helps ensure client satisfaction and process smoothness besides to strengthen client relationships.
Initiate contact with the clients after they fill in a request form.
Analyze clients’ requests and confirm it’s feasibility with the technical team.
Build rapport with the clients and work to establish good relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Arrange and attend briefing meetings with clients and the technical team.
Help in assigning the accounts and projects to the best fit resources.
Manage and coordinate the pool of freelancers.
Prepare quotations and proposals for clients and any other needed documents.
Manage the communication with the client during the whole process of performing the technical support service.
Evaluating customer’s needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
Answer product-related queries on time.
Provide reports to the technical team and stakeholders on project timelines and product performance.
Ensure deliveries are on time and in good condition.
Help in collecting cash from the clients
Engineering background or equivalent experience is a must.
Good understanding of the maker culture and the maker community in Egypt.
Previous account/project management experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
