The main goal of this team is to increase the knowledge and enrich the know-how of the community, customers, and the company’s internal team. The products offered include workshops, diplomas, educational and DIY kits, online programs, etc...
Coordinating all the different programs and product execution.
Coordinating assigning suitable resources to the different programs and projects with the knowledge development officer.
Coordinate with the marketing team promoting the programs and projects and providing all the needed materials.
Managing the available budget for programs (including petty cash, facilitators fees, helping equipment, materials, and consumables).
Make sure that all supplies, materials, and components are available.
Manage the inventory of all the programs and projects along with the knowledge development officer and any involved parties.
The implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system and tools.
Evaluating and reporting progress in line with the company objectives to the operations and general managers.
Coordinate materials purchasing with the space team for the kits production.
Coordinate the production process of the kits with the technical team.
Coordinate, manage, and act as the main node of communications with clients and accounts (business clients)
Coordinate all the requirements in online content delivery
Handle all the communication with the community and students in coordination with the knowledge development officer.
1-3 working experience in a related field.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Project management knowledge is a must.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, extra project management software is a plus.
