Job Responsibilities:
Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
Manages and supervises employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
Recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Assisting with customer service and satisfaction.
Oversees budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
Administer payroll and employee benefits.
Organize staff events for the purpose of increasing morale, recognizing exemplary. employees, and facilitating structured social interaction.
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of significant previous experience in Management or any related field.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
Focused on customer service and satisfaction.
Excellent computer skills; experience in financial software, Microsoft Office Suite.
