Our Ismailia node manager will be responsible for supervising and managing our Ismailia branch. They will oversee financial reporting, hiring and training of staff, as well as growing branch revenues. Duties will include; managing and supervising employees, assisting clients, and providing an excellent customer service experience throughout.
Overall management of the branch, including operations, programs development, customer service, space management, applying marketing and sales strategies, forecasting and budgeting.
Attend meetings, events, and represent the company when needed.
Help in developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Managing and supervising employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
Submitting regular reports.
Achieve and meet set targets and KPIs
Sharing of knowledge with other branches and headquarters on best practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
Node Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
2-3 years of significant previous experience in Management or any related field.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Encourage team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
Focused on customer service and satisfaction.
Excellent computer skills; experience in financial software, Microsoft Office Suite.
