About the Role
Maker Diploma is growing fast, and we need to find and train awesome instructors to keep up with our enthusiastic and growing fan base. Your job will be to lead a module or more through the upcoming round.
RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Maker Diploma instructor, you will be responsible for:
Understanding the program mission, vision, and objectives
Mastering and being up to date with the skills we teach
Attending the Instructors Boot Camp and reading the Instructors' Guide
Attending the required meetings
Participating in content development and program coordination
Delivering scheduled in-week sessions
Engaging students through the class
Providing adequate availability to support students via communication platforms
Reviewing, evaluating and providing feedback on student progress
Following up and reporting on class and students' progress
Promoting a respectful environment free of harassment and discrimination
Selected candidates will first join a free Training of Trainers (ToT) program designed to equip them with the instructional approach, delivery methods, and technical alignment required for San3a Academy learning experiences.
After successfully completing the ToT and passing the evaluation process, instructors will join the San3a Academy instructor pool and may be assigned to deliver different learning experiences over time, based on their skills, strengths, and availability.
This is a teaching-focused role. We are looking for instructors who can translate technical concepts into meaningful, hands-on learning experiences and create engaging, practical, and supportive environments for adult learners

PACKAGE RANGE

15000 EGP for novice instructors.
You can choose to get the full package amount paid by the end of the program or get a monthly salary.

ELIGIBILITY
........................
To be an Instructor of Maker Diploma program you need:
To be a Maker Diploma Graduate (or have equivalent technical experience)
To be able to communicate to variety of audiences at all levels
To have excellent organizational skills (professional experience is preferred)
To have high-level written and oral communication skills
To pass the Instructor Application Process
To devote around 20 hours per week (online and offline- depending on the schedule)
