Role Overview

The Node Coordinator serves as both the "on-ground arm" and operational backbone of the program, with a core mission focused on ensuring the technical environment is perfectly prepared and serving as a vigilant observer of participant behavior and discipline. This role is crucial for maintaining a seamless learning environment where materials are readily available, and for facilitating fluid and professional communication between the program, parents, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Affairs & Behavioral Oversight

  • Attendance & Commitment: Maintain rigorous daily attendance logs and conduct immediate follow-ups on absences to ensure participant consistency.

  • Behavioral Monitoring: Act as the primary on-ground observer for Student Affairs; monitor participant discipline and intervene to maintain a respectful, productive learning environment.

  • Culture Preservation: Protect the "educational culture" by ensuring all interactions align with program values and San3a Academy’s safe guarding practices.

  • Human Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage potential human risks (conflicts, safety violations, or disengagement) and escalate them to the Student Affairs personnel.

  • Participant Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for participants' needs, ensuring their concerns are addressed while maintaining professional boundaries.

  • Strictly adhere to San3a Tech’s safeguarding standards and Child Protection Policies.

2. Logistics & Technical Operations

  • Inventory & Procurement: Manage the node’s inventory and coordinate with the technical team to ensure all materials and tools are available before each session.

  • Lab & Machine Coordination: Liaise with the on-ground fabrication lab team to optimize machine usage and participants practice needs.

  • Session Readiness: Ensure classrooms and workstations are fully equipped and "user-ready" before girls arrive.

3. Documentation & Communication

  • Stakeholder Relations: Facilitate professional communication between parents, students, and external partners.

  • Daily Reporting: Commit to sending detailed daily reports, including attendance data, behavioral updates, and logistical status.

  • Visual Documentation: Capture high-quality, organized photos and videos of the sessions via mobile for program archives and reporting.

  • Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly meetings to provide feedback on program implementation and participant progress.
